2011 Hotel Packages
The ISU-congress 2011 will be organized in The Netherlands from 17-23 August 2011. The Congress and hotel accomodation will be in one location which will make it very attractive to "mix and mingle" with stereo friends from all over the world! The Congress complex has it's own swimming pool (which is open to the guests at no cost) and two inhouse bars.
Booking Packages for 2011
It is foreseen that booking packages will be offered as:
ISU2011NLD "Complete" (6 nights, all breakfasts, lunches, dinners plus free coffee/tea/water during the whole Congress included).
ISU2011NLD "Comfort" (6 nights, all breakfasts and lunches plus free coffee/tea/water during the whole Congress included).
ISU2011NLD "Basic" (6 nights, all breakfasts plus free coffee/tea/water during the whole Congress included).
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are in buffet form and so everybody will be able to compose meals to his/her own taste.
Excluded from all booking packages is the ISU2011NLD final dinner/banquet for which separate booking will have to be done. Also excluded is the Congress fee which will have to be paid directly to the ISU2011NLD organization.
Congrès ISU 2011 aux Pays-Bas
Le congrès ISU 2011 se déroulera aux Pays-bas du 17 au 23 août 2011. Le congrès et l’hébergement à l’hôtel se feront dans un lieu que les amis de tous les horizons de la photo stéréoscopique trouveront particulièrement attractif. Le complexe hôtelier possède sa propre piscine qui est proposée gratuitement aux participants, on y trouve également 2 bars.
Les réservations et la publication des informations plus détaillées relatives au congrès seront disponibles sur ce site et à l’adresse suivante : www.stereofotografie.nl à partir d’octobre 2006. Dès lors, il sera possible de réserver votre chambre d’hôtel à un prix très compétitif. De plus, vous payerez un prix fixe en 2006 pour un évènement se déroulant en 2011 !!!!! Les formulaires de réservation seront disponibles en téléchargement.
Trois types d’offres seront disponibles :
ISU2011NLD « complete » comprend : 6 nuitées, tous les petits-déjeuners, les déjeuners, les dîners plus les rafraîchissements à volonté (café, thé, eau) durant toute la durée du congrès ;
ISU2011NLD « comfort » comprend : 6 nuitées, tous les petits-déjeuners, les déjeuners plus les rafraîchissements à volonté (café, thé, eau) durant toute la durée du congrès ;
ISU2011NLD « Basic » comprend : 6 nuitées, tous les petits-déjeuners, plus les rafraîchissements à volonté (café, thé, eau) durant toute la durée du congrès.
Les petits-déjeuners, les déjeuners et les dîners sont servis sous forme d’un buffet permettant à chacun de composer son repas selon ses propres goûts.
Le coût du banquet final reste à la charge de chaque participant et fera l’objet d’une réservation particulière.
Les frais de participation au congrès sont également exclus des offres de réservation et devront être acquittés par chaque participant auprès des organisateur du congrès.
Congresso ISU 2011 in Olanda
Il Congresso ISU 2011 sara' organizzato in Olanda dal 17 al 23 Agosto 2011.
Il Congresso, la locazione e la sistemazione in hotel, sara' tenuta in un luogo tale da rendere il piu' piacevole ed attraente possibile il vostro soggiorno, con la possibilita' di incontrare, scambiarsi opinioni e parlare con amici e persone di ogni parte del mondo. L'Hotel e' dotato di piscina privata (accessibile a tutti gli ospiti senza costi aggiuntivi) e due bar.

I pacchetti di prenotazione offerti sono i seguenti:

Colazione, pranzo e cena sono a buffet, pertanto tutti coloro che lo desiderano possono avere quello che preferiscono senza nessuna limitazione.
E' escluso da tutti i pacchetti prenotazione l' ISU2011NLD Cena Finale per la quale dovra' essere effettuata una prenotazione separata
E' esclusa inoltre la tassa di partecipazione alla Conferenza, la quale dovra' essere pagata direttamente all' organizzazione dell' ISU2011NLD
Konferencja ISU 2011
Konferencja ,,International Stereoscopic Union 2011’’ zostanie zorganizowane w Holandii w terminie 17 – 23 sierpnia 2011. Organizatorzy zapeniają zakwaterowanie w tym samym miejscu, w którym będzie odbywała się Konferencja. Takie rozwiązanie pozwoli na swobodne prowadzenie dyskusji pomiędzy uczestnikami spotkania.
Centrum, w którym odbędzie się Konferencja posiada własny basen (bezpłatny wstęp dla gości hotelowych) oraz dwa bary.
W ofercie przewidywane są następujące pakiety rezerwacji:
ISU 2011NLD ‘’Complete’’ (6 noclegów, śniadania, lunche, kolacje, dodatkowo bezpłatnie kawa/herbata/napoje w czasie trwania konferencji.
ISU 2011NLD ‘’Comfort’’ (6 noclegów, śniadania, lunche, dodatkowo bezpłatnie kawa/herbata/napoje w czasie trwania konferencji.
ISU 2011NLD ‘’Basic’’ (6 noclegów, śniadania, dodatkowo bezpłatnie kawa/herbata/napoje w czasie trwania konferencji.
Śniadania, lunche oraz kolacje serwowane są w formie bufetu co umożliwia na swobodną kompozycję własnych posiłków według własnego uznania.
Ponadto, poza podanymi powyżej pakietami przewidywana jest pożegnalna kolacja (wymagana dodatkowa rezerwacja). Dodatkowo uczestnicy konferencji ponoszą opłatę konferencyjną, którą należy wnieść bezpośrednio do organizatorów Konferencji ISU 2011 NLD.
